Job Summary
Work with children in a therapeutic group setting to assist in social skill development through positive behavior support; serve as a positive role model and mentor; assist in delivering scheduled group activities for Pathfinders; complete service notes in the electronic health record per SRMHW policy; promote professional relationships with youth and co-workers; transport clients in a company vehicle if approved; actively engage youth in activities (outdoor games, arts and crafts, teambuilding) to support pro-social behavior and progress toward treatment goals. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30pm–7:00pm with training/meetings on Fridays; requires attention to age-appropriate care and adherence to program policies.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment background checks, motor vehicle record check for insurability, and pre-employment drug screen
