Job Summary
Identify and engage potential clients to understand their PR and marketing needs, then build and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations to communicate the company's value proposition and close deals while securing new business opportunities through favorable contract terms. Work closely with the PR team to tailor pitches and develop effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth, maintaining accurate records of activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales performance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of sales experience, and proficiency in CRM software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the PR, marketing, or media industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of PR and marketing services and their business impact
