Job Summary
Develop and execute integrated communications programs showcasing how organizations across the region use the AI Data Cloud to transform their businesses. Build and maintain relationships with key media, analysts, and local PR agencies in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand while driving proactive story angles. Identify and develop customer and partner success stories to demonstrate business value through press releases, executive interviews, and speaking opportunities. Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns and support product launches. Translate complex technology trends into compelling narratives for business and technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of public relations experience in B2B technology, either in-house or at a PR agency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Reporting to the Director of PR, APJ, this role is based in Singapore
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting one or more of Snowflake's key industries, including financial services, retail and CPG, media and entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, or the public sector
- Strong relationships with business, technology, and industry media, as well as analysts across ASEAN—initially focused on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand
- Proven experience developing strategic narratives, identifying newsworthy stories, preparing spokespeople, and delivering measurable communications outcomes
- The ability to simplify complex technology concepts into compelling stories that resonate with business audiences
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing external PR agencies and driving high-performing partnerships
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit
