Job Summary
Lead local PR and corporate communications strategy for Glovo Ukraine, drive media coverage, manage PR calendar, coordinate with agencies, supervise day-to-day communications tasks and initiatives, prepare press materials, and collaborate with Government Relations and Legal teams to manage issues/crises. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and 4+ years in Public Relations, fluency in Ukrainian and English, strong media relations, and the ability to analyze data and reports to measure campaign impact. Focus areas include media outreach across general interest, trade, and lifestyle outlets, localization of regional PR programs, and protecting the company’s brand reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism
- 4+ years of experience in Public Relations and Communication (in-house or agency)
- Fluent Ukrainian and English
- Ability to manage effective working flow with external PR and social media communication agencies (partners)
- Good knowledge of the Ukrainian media landscape. Experience with Government Relations projects management is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management, organizational and time management skills
- Solid track record of successful brand reputation establishment and crisis management
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with analytical reports and data tools, attention to details
