Job Summary
Review and format clients' press releases for grammatical and spelling errors under pressing deadlines, distributing them via the global network to journalists, terminals, and websites. Support clients with administrative and consultative needs via phone and email, including account maintenance, managing email lists, and assisting with regulatory filings like SEDAR and EDGAR. Handle occasional weekend on-call shifts, holidays, and remote monitoring outside typical schedules, with flexibility to work from home three days a week. This role supports Notified's global Editorial Team, empowering communicators to inform a better world through integrated PR and investor relations platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- previous news-wire experience
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English
