PR & Communications Manager (Remote Canada)

Job Summary
Develop, refine, and present strategic communications plans aligned with business objectives for a portfolio of B2B client accounts. Execute integrated PR strategies across earned and owned channels, managing media outreach, press releases, bylines, analyst briefings, and award submissions. Build and maintain strong media relationships with trade, business, and tech press while crafting compelling narratives to earn meaningful coverage. Support executive positioning programs including media training, thought leadership content, podcast placements, and speaking opportunities. Assist in influencer and practitioner briefing programs, contribute to organic social strategy, and utilize monitoring tools to track trends and emerging issues. Track, measure, and report on program performance against defined KPIs, tying PR activity to real business outcomes like share of voice and pipeline influence. Collaborate cross-functionally with other service lines and contribute to new business proposals as a subject matter expert. This role operates 100% virtually from a home office with an opportunity to travel to visit clients on an as-needed basis.
Required Qualifications
- 4β7 years of experience in PR and communications
- Agency experience
- Willingness to travel to visit clients on an as-needed basis
- Ability to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac)
- Reliable internet access
- Professional background
- Work authorization and permanent residency in Canada
