Job Summary
PR & Communications Manager responsible for developing and executing an integrated PR and communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning; build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key opinion leaders; manage media inquiries, press trips, and brand-aligned partnerships; lead the planning and execution of events and CSR initiatives; create and manage high-quality PR content (press releases, kits, bios, invitations) and ensure consistent messaging across channels; monitor PR performance and provide insights to optimize campaigns; manage PR agencies and lead a team to achieve high performance. Fluent English required, Arabic a plus; experience in luxury hospitality or luxury brands with UAE/regional media networks; Dubai-based within the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality PR or within a luxury brand/leading PR agency, preferably Dubai-based with strong UAE and regional media networks
- Proven expertise in managing media, influencers, and partnerships within the luxury sector
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a keen understanding of tone of voice, brand positioning, and image
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), with strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
