PR & Communications Director

Job Summary
Develop and execute AHS's overall PR and communications strategy to shape the company's public image and strengthen its position within the luxury real estate market. Lead corporate communications, media relations, and external initiatives while building relationships with leading local, regional, and international media outlets. Position AHS and its leadership as influential voices by developing compelling press releases, managing media campaigns for project launches, and securing high-value media opportunities. Oversee crisis communications, monitor media coverage and public sentiment, and manage PR budgets and agency partnerships to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or strategic communications, with significant leadership experience
- Proven experience within luxury real estate, luxury hospitality, premium brands, investment, or similarly high-profile industries
- Established relationships with UAE, regional, and international media
- Strong track record of securing high-quality editorial coverage and managing high-profile communications campaigns
- Experience managing corporate reputation and crisis communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong executive presence with excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives, founders, and senior leadership
- Strong understanding of the UAE luxury, real estate, business, and media landscape
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful communication strategies
- Proven ability to manage agencies, budgets, multiple campaigns, and high-profile projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
