Job Summary
Provide assessment and treatment services and maintain an active caseload of clients. Maintain clinical charts per Pennsylvania Department of Health, CARF and payor requirements; ensure timely documentation and comprehensive Recovery Plans; perform urine drug screens; coordinate admissions/discharges within LOC; address training requirements (25 hours annually, including HIV/STDs/TB) and licensure/certification upkeep; collaborate with external payors and adhere to corporate mission and values.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and/or certified as applicable
- Compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Health licensing standards
- CARF standards compliance
