Job Summary
Assist physicians with care and assessment of all age groups within the Standard of Care set by Parkview Health System and Nurse Practice Act. Complete General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation, and PPG practice orientation as required. Maintain current state Licensed Practice Nurse license and CPR certification. Demonstrate experience in customer service, establishing priorities, and working independently while lifting 50 lbs. and assisting with 100 lbs. This role includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus for certified and uncertified LPNs hired in part-time and full-time positions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a school of nursing
- Must complete General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation, and PPG practice orientation as provided and required
- Must have current state Licensed Practice Nurse license
- Must have current CPR certification
- Must have sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment
- Demonstrate experience in customer service
- Demonstrate experience in establishing priorities
- Demonstrate experience in working independently
- Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to assist with 100 lbs.
