Job Summary
Manage daily clinical operations for designated physician practices, collaborating with management and physicians to ensure all activities align with policies, procedures, and line-of-business programs. Oversee clinical quality, service excellence, and education initiatives while maintaining proficiency in electronic medical records and computer systems. Requires a Certified Medical Assistant credential, 3-5 years of experience, and CPR certification. Full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits offered by Parkview.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or the equivalent with GED
- Completed a medical assistant program that meets certification eligibility requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) through National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) through National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) through American Medical Certification Association (AMCA)
- CPR certification
- 3-5 years of medical assistant experience
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of clinical operations

- Familiarity with computers
