Job Summary
PPF Installer responsible for the continued growth, quality, customer service and installation of our film. Core duties include installing automotive film with a high level of quality, maintaining professional relationships with XPEL customers (wholesale and retail), transporting vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other locations, and maintaining regular attendance and punctuality. Requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. XPEL is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to an inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent
- 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
- 2 years’ experience in automotive film installation
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
- Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
- Must listen and follow instructions well
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
- Required to stand/walk/sit for extended periods
- Required to use hands and fingers for extended periods
- Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
