Job Summary
Conduct telephone and email technical support inquiries regarding ion chromatography (IC) instruments and perform troubleshooting for device and analysis issues. Guide customers on operation procedures and analytical methods while collaborating with field service engineers and application specialists to resolve problems. Escalate technical issues to overseas factories and R&D departments, sharing information and updating knowledge bases and FAQs. Participate in root cause analysis and improvement activities to prevent recurrence. Requires 2+ years of technical support experience with LC or IC products, strong English communication skills, and knowledge of sample preparation. Full-time office role with standard Monday-to-Friday hours.
Required Qualifications
- LCまたはIC製品における技術サポート、フィールドサービス、またはアプリケーションサポートの実務経験(2年以上)
- 化学、分析化学、電子工学、または関連分野の知識
- イオンクロマトグラフ(IC)の原理・構造・分析手法に関する理解
- 液体クロマトグラフ(LC)の基本構造(ポンプ、オートサンプラーなど)の理解
- 英文の技術資料の読解、および海外工場とのメールでのやり取りが可能な英語力
- 試料前処理に関する知識
- CRMシステムやMicrosoft Officeの使用経験
- 技術文書やトレーニング資料の作成経験
