Job Summary
Lead Nord Security’s PPC team for B2B products NordPass and NordStellar. Own the overall strategy and direction of the PPC team, oversee paid acquisition across Paid Search and Paid Social, manage budgets to optimize ROI, analyze performance data to drive pipeline and revenue, and collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Sales. Lead a team of 4 PPC Specialists, ensure alignment with OKRs and growth priorities, and stay ahead of industry trends with AI-powered optimization. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 office days and 2 remote days. Location: Warsaw, Poland (Masovian Voivodeship). Focus on multi-market/global PPC initiatives and scalable acquisition for international growth.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building and executing complex PPC strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of at least 2 PPC specialists
- Proven track record of leading global or multi-market PPC strategies in complex environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience turning data into business decisions
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline, revenue, and ROI
- Experience managing budgets and making data-driven investment decisions at scale
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting and aligning across teams
- Hands-on approach with willingness to step into execution when needed
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability
