Job Summary
PPC Campaign Manager responsible for end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and LSAs) for personal injury clients. Role emphasizes high CPC environments, high-intent conversions, budget stewardship focused on CPA, offline conversion tracking, and data-driven optimization using GA4, GTM, and CallRail. Key duties include keyword research and negative keyword management, A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages to improve Quality Score and CTR, monitoring and defending against click fraud with third-party tools, and reporting on ROI and lead quality. Preferred familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., Filevine, Litify, Salesforce) and SEO collaboration to enhance overall marketing performance. Certifications in Google Ads Search and Display are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Google Ads management experience (preferably in high-ticket, high-competition industries such as Legal, Insurance, or Finance)
- Active Google Ads Search and Display certifications
- Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, GA4, and conversion tracking implementation
- Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Experience with landing page optimization tools (Unbounce, Instapage, WordPress) or related platforms
- Familiarity with CRM integration (e.g., Filevine, Litify, Salesforce) to track ROI of signed cases
- Knowledge of SEO and how paid and organic channels synergize
