Job Summary
Form, brace, and secure structure forms for highway, road, and bridge construction projects, including retaining walls and pipes. Perform various carpentry tasks involving physical labor while following all safety procedures and guidelines. Operate equipment for approximately 95% of the shift, with about 5% of time spent outside inspecting and maintaining machinery. Requires a high school diploma, ability to follow directions, and physical capacity to lift items up to 25 pounds. Available for work from 5am to 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds
- Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range
- Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays
