Job Summary
Form Setters perform various carpentry tasks on highway, road, and bridge construction projects, responsible for forming, bracing, and securing structure forms, as well as building forms for retaining walls, pipes, and bridges. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, basic English skills, and be able to meet the physical demands of the job. The role requires following safety procedures, and employees will be exposed to a noisy environment with machines and chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job including lifting up to 25 pounds
Additional Requirements
- Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays
- Exposure to machines and chemicals
