Job Summary
As a Sales Lead at Lane Bryant, you’ll create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partnering with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. Your leadership will help ensure operations run smoothly, the store looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their highest potential. You’ll guide your team to success with support from store leaders and can seamlessly step into the Manager role when needed. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge to outfit and inspire, empowering teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model, assisting with onboarding, and identifying business opportunities in partnership with store leaders while adhering to brand guidelines and asset protection policies.
