Job Summary
Conduct thermal calibration and HVAC hardware design within the Powertrain and Thermal Center domains. Develop thermal functions, control algorithms, and perform thermal integration for electric drive systems and high-voltage batteries. Collaborate with multi-national teams on real-world R&D projects under pressure, utilizing project planning and tracking skills. Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge EV technologies while receiving direct mentorship from senior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering
- Foundational knowledge or experience in Powertrain and thermal system development
- Foundational knowledge or experience in Climate control and vehicle comfort systems
- Foundational knowledge or experience in Electric drive systems and high-voltage components
- Foundational knowledge or experience in Thermal control units and high-voltage batteries
- Familiarity with automotive development processes
- Strong motivation, self-learning ability, and initiative
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in multi-national teams and deliver under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset, even outside core areas of expertise
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project planning and tracking is a plus
