Job Summary
Powertrain Controls Platform Architect responsible for configuring communication stacks and bootloaders, debugging low-level software, optimizing memory and chrono usage, and contributing to the architectural design of multi-core microcontroller powertrain solutions. Requires strong automotive embedded systems expertise, C programming, bootloaders, AUTOSAR BSW, and SDV platform concepts to enable robust, efficient control across vehicle applications. Located in Dearborn, MI for an in-person, full-time role with Ford's EVDD team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or related field
- strong understanding of automotive embedded systems, C programming, bootloaders, AUTOSAR BSW, and low-level software stacks
- experience with multi-core microcontroller solutions and sophisticated build processes
