Job Summary
Team Mancuso Powersports South seeks a skilled Powersports Technician to diagnose, repair, and customize motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specs. Work is in a high-volume shop with flat-rate compensation, collaboration with service writers, and a commitment to keeping bays clean and organized. The role requires staying current with OEM training and delivering units in better shape than they arrived, with a focus on first-time right repairs. Must have a minimum of 3 years hands-on Powersports, marine, or aviation technician experience (including diagnostics and engine teardown/rebuild), strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a flat-rate environment. Candidates should own or obtain a complete tool set within 60 days of hire, hold a valid motorcycle license, be authorized to work in the USA, and be open to OEM certifications and training opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in Powersports, marine, or aviation including diagnostics, engine teardown, and rebuild work
- Valid motorcycle license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must own or acquire a complete set of tools within 60 days of hire
- Comfortable working in a flat-rate environment with consistent productivity
- Familiarity with OEM certifications and service procedures (Polaris, Honda, Yamaha) preferred
