Powersports Sales Associate

Conduct all sales activities from lead generation through close, including in-store transactions and outside events for powersports vehicles and parts. Develop monthly and yearly sales forecasts to meet personal and business goals while expanding the customer base. Manage sales of boats, ATVs, UTVs, dirtbikes, streetbikes, lawnmowers, and trailers within the Bennington Pontoons, Polaris, and Ranger Boats teams. Collaborate with sales and support staff to achieve customer expectations and maintain a high work ethic. Full-time role with Tuesday through Saturday hours subject to customer needs, offering a competitive commission structure and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
