Job Summary
Powersports Parts Associate to join Broward Motorsports of Treasure Coast. Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers and service technicians with motorcycle parts and accessories; identify correct part numbers; stock and maintain an organized, fully stocked sales floor; promote efficient departmental functioning. Duties include assisting customers in locating merchandise, taking special orders, answering questions, communicating policies on returns and exchanges, monitoring for shoplifting, checking price tags, and maintaining inventory knowledge and displays. Requires proactive problem solving, excellent verbal and written communication, professional presentation, PC proficiency, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience required; 3-5 years preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience
