Job Summary
Remote Outside Territory Manager for powersports, responsible for driving growth and building dealer partnerships across a defined territory. Youβll travel to and engage with 40+ powersports shops each month, act as a trusted advisor to dealers, discuss promotions and product lines, identify new business opportunities, onboard new accounts, and submit comprehensive field reports. The role emphasizes relationship-building with shop owners, buyers, and staff, and requires knowledge of powersports brands, inventory needs, and monthly sales focus strategies. Remote-first with preferred hiring in TN and KY; multiple states listed as hiring areas. The role includes travel, dealer support, and performance tracking across premium brands in motorcycles, UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, and related products.
Required Qualifications
- 1β3 years of powersports industry experience
- Understanding of aftermarket parts and powersports culture
- Experience in wholesale or e-commerce sales (preferred)
- Customer service and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation and independent territory management
Desired Qualifications
- 1β3 years of experience in the powersports industry (dealer, distributor, or manufacturer level)
- Solid understanding of aftermarket parts and powersports culture
- Experience in wholesale or e-commerce sales is a plus
- Top-tier customer service skills and strong relationship-building ability
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your time and territory independently
