Job Summary
Install accessories for new sales and counter customers, prep machines for inventory, and remove or replace engine components on powersports vehicles. Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer specs, compose repair estimates, and inspect vehicles to identify additional services. Safely operate all shop equipment, explain diagnostic results to advisors or customers, and conduct test rides on ORVs and motorcycles. Prepare parts lists and labor times for each job while following safety guidelines and assisting with tasks outside standard duties as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class M Driver's License (or ability to obtain)
- Acceptable Driving Record
- PA State Inspection License
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Preferred technical degree in related field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with diagnostic and data entry knowledge
