Job Summary
Master Technician in powersports responsible for complete disassembly, engine overhauls, frame corrections, and diagnostics across multiple vehicle systems. Leads training, safety, and customer service excellence; performs high-level diagnostics, engine and transmission teardowns, cylinder head work, valve grinding, piston rings, bearings, crankshafts, and long-block rebuilds; conducts test rides and performance evaluations; designs service-process improvements; mentors teammates and provides technical feedback for promotions. REQUIREMENTS: 7+ years powersports technician experience; Master OEM certifications or ASE L1; engine blueprinting, compression testing, vacuum synchronization; familiarity with digital service platforms and DMS (e.g., Lightspeed); strong leadership in shop safety and mentoring; ability to pass drug screening; clean driving record and M class license.
