POWERSPORTS-CONDITION INSPECTOR/REPORTER

Inspect and report the condition of powersport units received into the facility. Verify VIN/year/make/mileage against the AMS label, enter the overall condition with NPA tools, check mechanical condition and fluids per manufacturer specs, and tag included parts. Participate in auction placement as directed by management and complete CR-related tasks with accuracy and compliance to CR guidelines/definitions. New employees spend time in detail and with lot operations before CR writing training. Expected productivity is ~2 CRs per hour with a 60-day minimum for next level advancement. Safety, organization, and professional conduct are emphasized throughout the role.
