Job Summary
Analyze system requirements and design, develop, and test PowerShell automation modules for production environments. Create and maintain workflows, script documentation, and legacy code improvements while integrating scripts with multiple systems via APIs. Collaborate with delivery consultants to address customer infrastructure issues, focusing on Office 365 suites, Azure Active Directory, and IT applications like ServiceNow. Leverage strong Bash and Python scripting skills to support large Windows and MacOS infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred in computer science, computer engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing
- Strong scripting knowledge in PowerShell supporting large Windows infrastructure environments
- Strong in Bash Scripting in MacOS environments
- Working with API and webhooks
- Good knowledge of Python Scripting
- Experience with contemporary development tools such as Git
- Ability to interface with other applications like ServiceNow and other IT applications
- Experienced in the development of PowerShell for the Office 365 product suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Office Administration, Azure Active Directory
- Good knowledge and understanding of infrastructure, networking, and security
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment
