POWERHOUSE RED OAK TEACHER (PART TIME)

Supervise and engage students in a safe, faith-based before and/or afterschool program by implementing age-appropriate curriculum through daily devotionals, object lessons, STEM activities, and homework assistance. Maintain a clean, organized classroom while ensuring continuous physical proximity and auditory awareness of all children to guarantee their safety and well-being. Execute emergency drills, administer CPR and First Aid as needed, and enforce positive discipline procedures aligned with State Minimum Standards. Prepare and communicate with parents regarding student progress and referrals while collaborating with staff to manage program activities and supply requests. Monitor student attendance and behavior, reporting any significant concerns to the Site Director immediately. Maintain confidentiality and model a Godly life consistent with the vision of Powerhouse and Oaks Church.
