Job Summary
PowerBI Developer to lead CarNow's data strategy and PowerBI development, overseeing data pipelines, warehouses, governance, and analytics. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance to identify data opportunities, develop KPI dashboards and executive scorecards, embed data-driven insights into CarNow's platform, and drive continuous improvements in data accuracy, automation, and analytics processes. Requires 7+ years in data/analytics with 3+ years in Power BI development, strong SQL/Python skills, experience with data architectures (data lakes, ETL/ELT, AWS/Redshift/BigQuery), and exposure to governance, privacy, and compliance; Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). Responsibilities include building scalable data systems in a SaaS environment, enabling data-driven decision-making, and staying ahead of trends in data architecture, AI, and analytics technologies.
Required Qualifications
