Job Summary
PowerApps/Platform Developer to manage and advance the client’s SharePoint environment and related Microsoft technologies for a government client. Responsibilities include developing, managing, and administering SharePoint sites, designing and maintaining advanced SharePoint solutions (lists, libraries, pages, forms, web parts, workflows), integrating data into SharePoint, migrating from SharePoint 2013 to Online, converting custom JavaScript/jQuery functionality to SPFx/JSON/OOTB solutions, developing Power Apps and Power Automate flows, exporting/analyzing data for strategic reports, providing guidance on information architecture and knowledge management, training end users, documenting solutions, and delivering ongoing improvements in governance and compliance. Requires active Top Secret clearance and onsite work in Washington DC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online administration and development
- 0-3+ years of experience with Power Apps
- 0-3+ years of experience with Power Automate
- 1-3+ years of experience with JavaScript/jQuery development
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- Ability to work onsite at the client location in Washington DC
- Experience working in government or government contractor environment preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint administration, site design, and governance
- Proficiency in creating advanced Power Automate flows for business process automation
- Experience designing and implementing custom forms and tracking systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- HTML/CSS and modern web development practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting
