Job Summary
Lead action learning projects across Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services functions to drive real business outcomes. Collaborate with marketing and sales to understand customer needs, support proposal development, and master inventory and operations management. Contribute to sustainability and operational excellence initiatives while building leadership skills within a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. This 18-month rotational program begins June 2026 for senior engineering undergraduates, offering exposure to every corner of the Grid Integration business.
Required Qualifications
- Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Anticipated graduation by May 2026
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning
- Self-driven with a passion for leadership and operational excellence
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in United States
