Job Summary
Check and maintain company vehicles, pressure washer machinery, hoses, chemicals, and tools. Visit clients to assess pressure washing needs and use equipment to clean homes, buildings, windows, roofs, awnings, decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and fencing. Remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and organic growth while inspecting surfaces to ensure chemicals do not damage finishes. Spot-check areas for company standards, review completed jobs with clients, clear job sites, and store equipment correctly. Follow safety protocols, report incidents or violations, and monitor time to meet deadlines. This full-time 12-month role includes peak pressure washing from March through October and floor care in other months. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating pressure washing equipment
- Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and their appropriate uses
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- 18 years of age or older
