Power Washing Professional / General Labor

Power Washing Technician to join Rolling Suds of El Paso. No prior pressure washing experience required; training provided. Outdoor, hands-on role serving residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects. Work alongside a Lead Technician to complete jobs safely and professionally. Part-time with potential to grow into full-time as workload increases. Responsibilities include assisting with setup and breakdown of hoses, equipment, and materials; cleaning exterior surfaces (sidewalks, building exteriors, breezeways, parking areas, dumpster pads, etc.); following job checklists and company procedures; maintaining a professional attitude with customers, tenants, property managers, and teammates; keeping tools and equipment organized; performing general labor as needed. Qualifications include valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather; able to climb ladders and work around commercial properties; able to follow instructions and work as part of a team; reliable, punctual, and eager to learn; pressure washing, landscaping, maintenance, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Schedule: Part-time with potential to transition to full-time; Monday through Friday with optional weekend shifts; hours vary with workload.
