Job Summary
Perform residential and commercial power washing services, including soft washing and exterior cleaning, and perform window cleaning as needed. Set up, operate, and maintain pressure washing equipment; troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance. Follow project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards; maintain a clean, safe work environment; communicate professionally with customers; and represent the Rolling Suds brand positively on every job site. Opportunities to advance to Lead Technician with ongoing training and development, working on a variety of projects and potentially transitioning to future full-time employment. This role is a 1099 Independent Contractor with compensation of $15–$18 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous power washing experience preferred
- Traditional window cleaning (squeegee method) experience is a strong plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
