Job Summary
Lead and manage power systems design and development across multiple product lines, including engine installation, hydraulic, and driveline systems. Oversee CAD drawings and models (Autodesk Inventor); drive power system development and validation strategies with internal experts and suppliers; coach and mentor engineering talent; lead New Product Introduction efforts; align with quality, timing, and engineering standards; collaborate with global cross-functional teams and partners; monitor industry trends to adapt team capabilities. Requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise in power systems for heavy equipment, and ability to manage multiple complex projects with international collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of engineering experience in power systems within heavy equipment
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
