Job Summary
Power Systems Engineering Manager leading a cross-functional team of engineers to design and develop engine installation, hydraulic, and driveline power systems for heavy equipment across multiple product lines. Drive integrated solutions, build strategic engine/hydraulic/driveline partnerships, define and execute development and validation strategies, and oversee CAD drawings and documentation (Autodesk Inventor).Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring engineers, leading NPI efforts, resource and budget planning, and ensuring quality, timing, and engineering standards while collaborating with global teams. Location: Hazel Crest, IL; domestic travel ~10%; relocation available for qualified candidates; visa sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of engineering experience in power systems within heavy equipment industries
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
Desired Qualifications
