Job Summary
Power Systems Engineer I focused on Seams Administration to coordinate AFC, IDC, NNL, and flowgate processes across regional grid boundaries. You will build trusted relationships with MISO Operators, Market personnel, and neighboring RTO counterparts, contribute to improvement initiatives, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field; willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage; and familiarity with power systems modeling tools (PSSe, TARA, MUST preferred). Base salary range is $71k-$96k with potential annual bonus and comprehensive benefits; position is onsite at listed locations in Carmel, IN; Eagan, MN; and Little Rock, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related discipline
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with complex system data and collaborate across internal and external teams
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills; willingness to support rotating on-call schedule
- Experience with power systems modeling tools such as PSSe, TARA, MUST (preferred)
