Job Summary
Design and deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards aligned with enterprise architecture. Develop semantic models using DAX and dimensional modelling to integrate data from finance, operations, and sales systems into modern cloud platforms. Build automated workflows connecting SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, DocuSign, and external APIs while contributing to governance frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide guidance to end users.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Strong experience with Power Automate
- Strong experience with Power BI
- Strong experience with Dataverse
- Experience designing enterprise-grade BI and application solutions
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills
- Experience with Azure, Fabric, or data integration pipelines (ADF)
- Knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, and governance best practices
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving capability
- Ability to balance technical detail with business outcomes
- Comfortable working across both technical teams and business users
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 or similar out-of-the-box enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP systems), with an understanding of how to extend and integrate these using the Power Platform
- Dimensional modelling
- Experience with Power Pages
- AI Builder / Copilot Studio
- REST API integrations
- Familiarity with financial, operational, or sales data systems
- Experience migrating legacy systems into modern cloud platforms
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications highly regarded, such as: PL-600 (Solution Architect Expert), PL-200 (Functional Consultant), PL-300 (Data Analyst), PL-900 (Fundamentals)
