Job Summary
Power Platform Innovator to design and develop Power App solutions for government and commercial customers, collaborate with stakeholders to define needs, conduct external research, participate in meetings and reviews, ensure quality and regulatory adherence, support agile prototyping, document solutions and generate Power BI dashboards, and deliver training on related products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required (e.g., 8 years with a bachelor's, 5 years with a master's, or 13 years with no degree).
- Active Secret security clearance is required.
- Basic database development knowledge with at least one database platform (e.g., Dataverse, MS Access, SQL, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming, functional, and/or query language (e.g., Power FX, PQFL, SQL, DAX, VBA, etc.) in a professional or academic environment.
- Working knowledge of two or more of the following Power Platform technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
- Customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills, strong personal integrity, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to acquire the Power Platform Fundamentals Microsoft Certification within 90 days of hiring.
- Ongoing commitment to learning the latest innovations, both via formal training and self-guided research.
