Power Platform Developer

Job Summary
Power Platform Developer responsible for building enterprise-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio) across multiple projects, including potential project leadership. Requires deep expertise in Power Apps (canvas/model-driven), Dataverse data modeling and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, and strong knowledge of low-code/no-code development. Roles include design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance within the full software development lifecycle, with responsibilities spanning architecture design, data requirements, governance, and client collaboration. Must demonstrate ability to work across business areas, adapt to organizational changes, provide input on project plans, and develop or mentor others. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications with emerging technologies is expected. Certifications (PL-100/PL-200/PL-400/PL-600) are a strong plus, as is experience with ALM (Azure DevOps or GitHub) and integration with Power Platform plus third-party systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems or related field
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven)
- Experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows/RPA, business process flows)
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, relationships, security, business rules)
- Experience building Copilot Studio agents (conversational, autonomous, voice, multi-agent)
- Knowledge of generative orchestration, agent instructions/triggers, and grounding (SharePoint, Dataverse, websites, and Microsoft Fabric data agents)
- Familiarity with responsible AI, content moderation, and lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Power BI and AI Builder integration
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform connectors and REST/OData
- Azure services, SharePoint integration, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with ALM for Power Platform (Azure DevOps or GitHub) is desirable
- Microsoft PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 certifications are a strong plus
- Typically requires 5–7 years of application programming/analysis experience
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
