Job Summary
Design, configure, and develop custom Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to automate business processes and deliver data visualization. Lead project phases from discovery through deployment by identifying client requirements for sales, marketing, and customer service functions. Provide hands-on technical expertise as a Subject Matter Expert, creating design documentation, refining implementation standards, and conducting end-user training. Collaborate with stakeholders and QA teams to ensure high-quality, bug-free development while resolving production support issues and presenting technology demonstrations to C-level management. Maintain daily status reports in scrum meetings and stay current with Microsoft's roadmap features.

- Minimum of FOUR (4) years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
- Must be able to commute onsite to the client as needed
- Bachelor's degree (4yr college degree)
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer to include both on-premise and SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer to include creating custom workflow solutions, and PowerApps / Power Automate (M365 Suite of Products)
- Experience in designing complex common data models
- Understanding of RPA development lifecycle, including process and object creation
- Experience developing with UiPath
- Familiarity with RPA Control Room, queue management, and scheduling
- Ability to follow RPA best practices and coding standards under supervision
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
- Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model
- Knowledge and experience with writing technical requirements, test scripts and knowledge of software programming languages and technologies
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to technical and nontechnical users
- Ability to initiate majority of relevant tasks, specify and plan activities for task accomplishments and notify supervisor of variances
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform technical solutions
