Job Summary
Hands-on Power Platform Senior Consultant role focused on end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform implementations. Design, configure and develop custom solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related technologies; engage with clients to gather requirements through discovery, define solutions, build, test, and deploy; deliver demonstrations to executives, provide training and knowledge transfer, and maintain implementation standards. Requires strong communication, leadership, and client development skills, ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment, and willingness to engage with public sector or NGO-focused projects. Travel up to 25% and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum four years of Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
- US Citizenship is required
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer (on-premise and Online)
- Experience in SaaS/PaaS environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to present to C-level management and stakeholders
- Knowledge of data models and relational databases
- Experience with governance and CoE practices
- Security and configuration management
- Ability to travel up to 25%
