Job Summary
Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and build low-code business applications with Power Apps for internal operational use. Integrate APIs, databases, and enterprise systems including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and SQL Server. Develop reusable components and custom connectors using C# and .NET to extend platform capabilities. Automate approval processes, notifications, document workflows, and reporting pipelines while troubleshooting failures and optimizing performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain technical documentation and deployment processes, adhering to security, governance, and compliance best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining workflow automation
- Experience building low-code business applications
- Ability to integrate with APIs and enterprise data sources
- Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical business users
- Experience developing reusable components and custom connectors using C# and .NET
- Experience working with SharePoint
- Experience working with Microsoft Teams
- Experience working with Outlook
- Experience working with SQL Server
- Ability to troubleshoot workflow failures
- Ability to optimize automation performance
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Experience maintaining technical documentation
- Experience following security, governance, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform environment
