Job Summary
Lead design, development, and governance of Power Platform solutions across enterprise and federal environments; architect and implement Dataverse/model-driven apps, Power Pages, and data migration strategies from legacy and third-party systems (e.g., Jira, Planner, SharePoint); develop custom components using C#, JavaScript, and .NET; design scalable data models, security structures, and governance; integrate Power Platform with APIs and Azure services; contribute to ALM/DevOps, code and architecture reviews, and performance optimization; mentor developers and drive CoE initiatives; role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, and leadership in data migration and governance across enterprise and federal contexts.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development
- Strong expertise in Dataverse architecture and model-driven app development
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages
- Strong experience with data migration and data architecture, including migrating data from Jira, Planner, SharePoint, or similar systems
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Power Platform extensibility (plugins, APIs, custom connectors)
- Experience with system integrations (REST APIs, Azure services, middleware)
- Experience with solution lifecycle management (ALM), managed solutions, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and client-facing experience
- Clearance consideration for government clients will be relevant for the role
- US Citizenship requirement for government work
