Job Summary
Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions across firmwide business operations. Responsibilities include translating business processes into scalable digital tools using Power Apps (Canvas and Modern), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365; configuring and extending Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) and Project Operations; supporting data initiatives and concept development; administering applications for usability, security, and compliance; managing updates and troubleshooting; documenting systems using Azure DevOps and BI platforms; and providing user training and materials. Requirements include experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Fabric, strong collaboration and communication, and ability to travel occasionally. Preferred skills include SCRUM/Agile methodologies and knowledge of Django, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and PHP; experience in the AEC industry is a plus. LPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas; relocation is not specified as required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience within the Power Platform ecosystem supporting, administering, and enhancing applications and processes
- PL-100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, and/ or 900 certification preferred
- Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
