Job Summary

Power Platform Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications, automations, and data solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365. Collaborates with internal teams to translate business processes into scalable digital tools, administers and secures firmwide Power Platform solutions, and documents systems and workflows with Azure DevOps and BI platforms. Requires 2+ years of experience with the Power Platform, relevant certifications (preferred), and strong collaboration skills; occasional travel may be needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience within the Power Platform ecosystem
  • PL-100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, and/ or 900 certification preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as needed
  • Experience delivering training and instructional content to diverse audiences
  • SCRUM and Agile development methodologies
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles
  • Experience with Django, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and PHP (valued)
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize and interpret data
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as needed

Desired Qualifications
