Job Summary
Power Platform Developer at ISA, an on-site role in Fort Washington, MD, focusing on architecting and delivering Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) to support SAF/CDME and enterprise IT needs. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into Power Platform-based solutions, collaborating with SMEs, developing and supporting interfaces with Dataverse and RPA, designing end-to-end low/no-code workflows, integrating Power Platform components in Teams, SharePoint, and web applications, and ensuring security posture and compliance. The role requires experience across IT infrastructure, security regimes (CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, FedRAMP), DoD 8570 IAT Level II certifications, and DoD/US government contracting familiarity, with a Secret (or higher) clearance preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and governance capabilities are essential, along with the ability to work in a high-demand government context and deliver timely technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance (as per job requirements)
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification requirements (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP)
- 3-5 years' experience in IT infrastructure including networking, servers, and cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 GCC-High, Azure Government, and secure cloud platforms
- Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and FedRAMP compliance requirements
- Experience developing and enforcing IT policies and documentation for secure operations
- Knowledge of System Security Plans, POA&Ms, and audit readiness
- Strong network administration and troubleshooting skills (firewalls, VPNs, endpoints)
- Ability to provide hands-on local IT support and user services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), Dataverse, and integration with Teams/SharePoint/web apps
- Experience with building and evaluating Power Platform solutions and AI Builder
- Development with Azure logic apps and Azure functions to extend Power Platform capabilities
- Database modeling and data integration skills
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
