Job Summary
Develop and maintain MS Power Apps to collect field inputs, automate reports, and build data repositories for client implementation. Inspect, clean, transform, and model data from systems like MS Dynamics and Azure to discover insights supporting decision-making. Create and manage program-level dashboards that feed agency placemats while reviewing database architecture to recommend improvements. Assist with documentation updates on SharePoint sites and develop solutions for data curation and visualization.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS CBP Tier 5 Background Investigation (BI)
- Be a U.S. citizen able to pass a background investigation by the client agency
- Must be able to commute to client site periodically
- BS degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analysis or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles
- Highly experienced in using BI platforms such as PowerApps, Power BI, or SharePoint forms and lists
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing data across large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective dashboards
- Experience creating data visualizations in multiple tools including Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization programs
