Job Summary
Design and implement custom Power Platform components, scripts, and integration adapters for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case Management System. Build secure Power Pages portals for Legal Service Providers and develop reversible adapter architectures that isolate Government-specific endpoints. Configure role-based access controls and field-level security to protect attorney work product, while documenting all automations with standardized failure handling and audit trails. Refine the Dataverse model to map required data elements to implemented components and ensure every custom item traces back to the Requirements Traceability Matrix. Deliver interface control documents, process diagrams, and managed solutions for deployment through the automated ALM pipeline.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- ability to positively pass a public trust background investigation
- 7+ years of development experience
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365
- Extensive experience with Power Platform (Dataverse)
- Extensive experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- Proficiency in C#
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Proficiency in Liquid
- Experience building secure, repeatable integrations with complex error-handling patterns, including dead-letter queues and automated reconciliation
- Familiarity with developing for Government Community Cloud (GCC) environments
- implementing NIST-aligned security controls
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
